How long before I receive my order?

Bespoke orders usually have a turnover time of around 8-10 weeks at the moment, however if you need something sooner please contact me first to check if I can accommodate.

I can also book special occasion orders in advance and aim to get these out up to 4 weeks before.

Readymade items are usually dispatched within a week.


What is the order process?

If you are wanting to order, please either contact me directly on my socials, email me at enquiries@liluna.co.uk or fill in the box at the bottom of the page. Please include what sort of thing you’re wanting, sizing, theme/ colour scheme/ style as well as the date required and I will contact you to discuss. Once your happy with your order full payment is required to secure your slot.



How can I create a bespoke order?

If you are wanting to design a bespoke order, please fill in the contact form with everything you require including date your needing it for. I will contact you and let you know if it is something I can do and a rough price then we can take it from there. 


How do I know what size to order?

If you are unsure of what size to order please contact me and I will be happy to help. All sizing charts are available on request.

Please note all items are handmade and may vary slightly in size.


Am I able to combine two different styles?

If you are wanting to create an item from two different styles please contact me first and I will be happy to assist.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment being made. After this period the order cannot be cancelled.



Can I edit my order?

Orders can be edited within the 24 hour period once booked in. After this time the order cannot be changed.

Can I return my order?

If you wish to return your item for whatever reason please contact me first.
Returns must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

As all items are handmade/custom made, returns are only accepted if:

  • the item arrives damaged,
  • the wrong item was sent, or
  • the item is significantly not as described.

Returns will not be accepted for issues such as change of mind, incorrect sizing provided by the customer, or general wear.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently I only ship within the UK.

All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service
