Christmas Order Slot Reservation

Secure your Christmas 2026 order with a £25 non-refundable deposit.

This deposit reserves one of my limited handmade order slots and allows you to decide on your design at a later date, giving you extra time to plan without missing out.

There are only a limited number of Christmas slots available, and once they’re gone, my order book for 2026 will be closed.

How it works:

• Pay a £25 non-refundable deposit to reserve your slot.
• Choose your design by 30th September 2026.
• Your remaining balance will be due once your design has been confirmed.
• Your item will then be added to my production schedule ready for completion before Christmas (where agreed).

Perfect if you know you’d love a handmade Lilúna outfit this Christmas but aren’t quite ready to choose your design.

• The £25 deposit is non-refundable and secures your production slot only. It will be deducted from your final balance.
• Your design must be confirmed by 30th September 2026.
• The remaining balance is due once your design has been finalised.
• If your design is not confirmed by 30th September 2026, or the balance is not paid when due, your reserved slot may be released and your deposit forfeited.
• The deposit cannot be transferred to another year or exchanged for cash.
• All bespoke orders are handmade to order and are subject to Lilúna’s standard terms and conditions.
